“Fast forward and its melancholic rewind“ is a choreographically journey through the urban space that starts on a summer day and ends on an autumn evening. It consists of two parts: first, the departure out of a theatre and into the city, where the audience becomes witness and part of an inner-city choreography, a physical and playful interaction with the environment and abrupt changes between indoor and outdoor spaces. The first part ends abruptly, when the performers abandon the audience in the middle of the city. After approximatly two months, at exactly the same location, the performance resumes. This time, the performers walk the path that they made, backwards. What was movement turns into a narration and sentimental retrospective, that brings the audience back into the theatre, where everything started.
